Job Purpose:

The primary objective is to deliver an elevated standard of customer service and operational assistance. Customer Service agents will address issues specific to shipments and other service-related matters.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily shipments to ensure timely collection and delivery within agreed-upon time frames.
2. Cultivate strong working relationships with both internal and external customers through regular communication.
3. Collaborate with patients to meet collection requirements, providing constant updates for visibility throughout the process.
4. Book and process requests in Marken’s internal database, creating and verifying shipping documentation as needed.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments within the Global and Domestic Marken network to fulfill customer requirements.
6. Collaborate with all Marken offices and Local Service Providers to ensure efficient logistics transfer, meeting desired turnaround times.
7. Input clinical trial sites into Marken’s internal database when necessary.
8. Address and manage general telephone and email requests from external customers and internal offices/agents.
9. Prepare, verify, and distribute country-specific project documentation.
10. Handle filing and archiving as required.
11. Attend customer meetings and teleconferences as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
2. Computer literate with a comprehensive understanding of Aviation/Airline networks.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.
4. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills are essential.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekend coverage in Customer Services when necessary.
