Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) is accepting applications for the recruitment of 04 Trainee Pilot and Accounts Officer Gr. I positions. The Mormugao Port Authority is inviting applications for the recruitment of 03 Trainee Pilots and 01 Accounts Officer Gr. I positions. Interested candidates can apply by submitting their applications before the deadline of March 4, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Trainee Pilot: Candidates must possess a Certificate of Competency as Master of a foreign-going ship issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the ministry. Additionally, they should have one year of post-qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of a foreign-going ship.

For Accounts Officer Gr. I: Applicants must be members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Desirable qualifications include two years of experience in an Executive cadre in the field of Finance or Accounting in an Industrial/Commercial/Government Undertaking.

Age Limit: (As on March 4, 2024)

• Trainee Pilot: 40 years
• Accounts Officer Gr. I: 30 years

The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India rules.

Salary Details:

• Trainee Pilot: Rs. 70,000 – 200,000/-
• Accounts Officer Gr. I: Rs. 50,000 – 160,000/-

Selection Process: The selection process may include a written test followed by an interview.
