Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager (Structural Design-Civil) – Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Government recognized University/Institute with 60% aggregate marks. Total 15 years of experience in PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure is required.
2. General Manager (Electrical & Mechanical Design) – Full-time Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 15 years of experience. Detailed experience in designing and engineering of electrical and mechanical infrastructure is essential.
3. General Manager (Architecture & Planning) – Full-time Degree in Architecture with 15 years of experience in planning and designing schemes related to various projects.
4. Additional General Manager (Architecture & Planning) – Full-time Degree in Architecture with 12 years of experience in planning and designing various projects.
5. Additional General Manager (Investor Relations) – CA/ICWA or Full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance with 12 years of experience in investor relations.
6. Deputy General Manager (Structural Design-Civil) – Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering with 9 years of experience in PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure.
7. Manager (Architecture & Planning) – Full-time Degree in Architecture with 6 years of experience in planning and designing various projects.
8. Project Manager (Structural Design-Civil) – Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of experience in building design processes and civil works.
9. Project Manager (Electrical & Mechanical Design) – Full-time Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 6 years of experience in designing electrical and services infrastructure.
10. Deputy Manager (HRM) – Full-time MBA/MSW/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in management with specialization in HRM/PM/IR and 3 years of experience.
11. Deputy Manager (Quantity Surveyor-Civil) – Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or PG Degree/Diploma from Institution of Surveyors with 3 years of experience.
