Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

Each position has specific educational requirements. Here’s a breakdown by discipline:

• Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering: Degree in the respective field.
• Personnel Management: Graduation with a postgraduate degree/diploma in a relevant field like Sociology, Social Work, Labor Welfare, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, or MBA specializing in HR (minimum two years duration).
• Materials Management: Engineering degree or a degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with an additional MHA or Diploma in Materials Management (minimum two years).
• Survey: Three-year Diploma in Mining or Diploma in Mines & Mine Surveying with a Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency.
• Computer & Information Technology (C&IT): Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, MCA, or relevant engineering/diploma in computer applications, computer management, or systems management (minimum two years).
• Safety: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a one-year degree/diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Project Monitoring Cell (PMC): Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Law: Graduation with a three-year degree in Law.
• Environment: Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mining, or Environment; or a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management, Engineering, Science, Geology, Chemistry, or Botany; or a postgraduate degree/diploma in Environment Management (minimum two years); or a doctorate in Environment Studies/Impact Assessment.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Graduation with a two-year postgraduate degree in Community Development, Rural Development, Community Organization & Development Practice, Urban and Rural Community Development, Rural and Tribal Development, Development Management, or Rural Development Management.

Post Qualification Experience:

• Executive I (a): 4 Years
• Executive I (b): 6 Years

Age Limit (as of July 18th, 2024):

• 45 Years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government Policy

Salary Details:

• Executive I (a): Rs. 60,000/- per month
• Executive I (b): Rs. 90,000/- per month
