Experience Profile: A minimum of 11 years of post-qualification executive experience is required, inclusive of any training or trainee periods. Experience should demonstrate compliance with safety regulations under relevant Acts, development and implementation of safety inspection/monitoring and audit systems, enforcement of safety norms, and organizing safety and firefighting trainings.
Experience Requirement: Candidates should have a minimum of 11 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or a reputed Private company, with at least 3 years of experience in a position and scale equivalent to Rs. 50000 — 160000 or above (IDA pay scale of E2 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent level/post profile.

Age Limit:

Assistant Manager (Safety): Maximum age limit is 40 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government rules: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWDs & 13 years for OBC PWDs), and for Ex-Servicemen.
