• PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in Rural Management/Rural Development/Displacement/Resettlement/Rehabilitation/Community Development/Local Governance/Local Development/Livelihoods/Social Entrepreneurship/Social Development/Social Administration/Sustainable Development/Development Policy & Practice/Development Studies.
• MSW (Master of Social Work) or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
• Graduate in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience Requirement: Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Conducting/reviewing/analyzing/monitoring socio-economic surveys (SES).
• Study and analysis of the viability of various rehabilitation & resettlement options.
• Preparing and implementing RAP (Resettlement and Rehabilitation Action Plan).
• Handling R&R (Resettlement and Rehabilitation) matters, including consultation with stakeholders through participatory tools.
• Handling land acquisition matters under RFCTLARR Act (Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act).
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities under The Companies Act.
• Planning & implementation of CSR activities or projects.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for candidates is 35 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories as per government norms.

Salary Details: Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated amount of Rs. 90,000 along with additional benefits such as House Rent Allowance (HRA)/Company Accommodation and medical facilities for self, spouse, and two children.

Selection Process: The selection process involves two stages:

1. Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
2. Interview to assess the candidate’s suitability for the position.
