• CEO: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the startup ecosystem, venture capital, or business development.
• Incubation Manager: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mentoring startups, managing enterprises, and event management.
• Incubation Associate: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Technical Assistant: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field such as product development (prototype), machine operation, equipment fabrication, training, or documentation.
• Laboratory Assistant: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field such as laboratory management, quality assurance/control, safety standards, product development, machine operations, or equipment fabrication.
• Cleaning and Maintenance Staff: Maintenance Staff: 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field (machine operations, equipment fabrication, etc.). Cleaning Staff: 0-2 years of experience in cleaning and housekeeping.

Age Limit:

• CEO: Up to 55 years
• Incubation Manager & Associate: Up to 55 years
• Technical Assistant: Up to 35 years
• Laboratory Assistant: Up to 30 years
• Cleaning and Maintenance Staff: No specific age limit

Salary Details:

• CEO: Rs. 80,000/- per month
• Incubation Manager: Rs. 55,000/- per month
