Eligibility Criteria:

Before applying, ensure you meet the minimum qualifications for your desired position:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • DTE: Full-time, regular 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems/ Electrical (Power)/ Power Engineering (Electrical)) with a minimum of 70% marks (General/OBC/EWS) and pass marks (SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized technical board/institute. Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME are not allowed.
  • DTC: Full-time, regular 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized technical board/institute with a minimum of 70% marks (General/OBC/EWS) and pass marks (SC/ST/PwBD). Higher technical qualifications are not allowed.
  • JOT (HR): Three-year full-time graduate degree (BBA/BBM/BBS or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% marks (General/EWS/OBC) from a recognized university/institution. Candidates with postgraduate degrees/diplomas are not eligible.
  • JOT (F&A): Inter CA/Inter CMA candidates are eligible. Candidates with postgraduate degrees/diplomas, CA/CMA, or equivalent qualifications are not eligible.
  • Assistant Trainee (F&A): B.Com. with a minimum of 60% marks (General/OBC/EWS) and pass marks (SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university/institution. Candidates with postgraduate degrees/diplomas, CA/CMA, or equivalent qualifications are not eligible.
• Age Limit (as on November 12th, 2024): 27 years for all positions. Age relaxation applies for reserved categories (SC/ST, OBC, PwBD) and ex-servicemen as per government policies.

Salary Details:

The starting salary varies depending on the position and increases upon successful completion of training:

• Diploma Trainee & Junior Officer Trainee: Rs. 24,000-3%-108,000/- (IDA) during training, Rs. 25,000-3%-117,500/- (IDA) after training.
