Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Engineer/Electrical: Candidates must hold a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an institute recognized by the State/Central Government with a minimum of 60% marks. Higher qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc/AMIE in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be considered only if the candidate also possesses the essential qualification of a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Junior Engineer/Sub-Station: Applicants should have a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an institute recognized by the State/Central Government with a minimum of 60% marks. Higher qualifications like B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc/AMIE in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be considered only if the candidate meets the prerequisite of a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Junior Engineer/Civil: Candidates need to possess a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institute recognized by the State/Central Government with a minimum of 60% marks. Higher qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc/AMIE in Civil Engineering will be considered only if the candidate also holds the essential qualification of a full-time regular 3/4 years Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks.
Age Limit: (As of 01.01.2024)
- Junior Engineer/Electrical: Between 18 and 37 years
- Junior Engineer/Sub-Station: Between 18 and 37 years
- Junior Engineer/Civil: Between 18 and 37 years Upper age limit relaxation will be applicable as per the rules/instructions of PSPCL/Punjab Government.
Salary Details:
- Junior Engineer/Electrical: Rs.35,400/- per month.
- Junior Engineer/Sub-Station: Rs.35,400/- per month.
- Junior Engineer/Civil: Rs.35,400/- per month.
Selection Process:
PSPCL will conduct the following process to select candidates:
- Computer-based test
- Interview

- For all candidates except Schedule Cast and Persons with Disability category: Rs 1416 + Bank Charges (if applicable)
- For Schedule Cast and Persons with Disability Category: Rs 885 + Bank Charges (if applicable) (Note: Fee payment will be accepted via online mode only.)
