Open Positions (Multiple Vacancies):

• Assistant Manager: This role involves leading and motivating a team to achieve collection and recovery targets. Responsibilities may include supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Executive/Senior Executive: These positions focus on individual performance in loan recovery and collections. Responsibilities may include contacting customers, negotiating settlements, and ensuring prompt repayment of outstanding loans.

Eligibility:

To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A minimum qualification of Graduation (10+2+3) from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks is required. Degrees obtained from open universities are not eligible.
