Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

For the various streams, the educational qualifications required are as follows:

• Officer Grade A (AM) – General: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years’ duration) in any discipline, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute, or hold qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Company Secretary, or Cost Accountant.
• Officer Grade A (AM) – Legal: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should have two years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate.
• Officer Grade A (AM) – Information Technology: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post-graduate qualification (minimum two years’ duration) in computer science/computer application/information technology from a recognized University/Institute.
• Officer Grade A (AM) – Engineering (Electrical): A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute is required. Desirable experiences include working knowledge of electronic systems, experience in maintenance of various systems, and experience in administering construction projects.
• Officer Grade A (AM) – Research: Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years’ duration) in various disciplines such as Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, and related subjects from recognized Universities/Institutes.
• Officer Grade A (AM) – Official Language: A Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level or a Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/English/Economics/Commerce with Hindi as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level is required. Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation from a recognized University/Institute is acceptable.

2. Age Limit

As of March 31, 2024, candidates must not exceed 30 years of age, having been born on or after April 01, 1994. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for candidates belonging to specific categories:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC Candidates: 3 years
• PwBD (General/EWS) Candidates: 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST) Candidates: 15 years
• PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 years

Salary Details

The selected candidates for the Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) position will be offered a salary in the range of Rs. 44,500 to Rs. 89,150 per month.

Selection Process
