Position Overview: Customer Support Consultant
As a Customer Support Consultant at Sutherland, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. - Navigating Client Applications: In this role, you will need to be proficient in using multiple client applications to process insurance claims. You will need to familiarize yourself with these applications, learn how to navigate them efficiently, and capture the necessary information to process claims accurately. You should be comfortable working with technology and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
