The Tenkasi One Stop Centre (OSC) is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital organization that provides essential services to the Tenkasi community.

Available Positions:

• Case Worker (2 Positions): The Case Workers will play a crucial role in supporting individuals facing various challenges. They will provide essential services such as counseling, referrals, and advocacy. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Development Management, or a related field is typically required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working on violence against women issues within an administrative setting, either with government or non-government programs or projects. Prior experience in counseling, either within the same set-up as the previous experience or elsewhere, is highly beneficial. Please note that only women candidates are eligible for these positions.
• Security Guard (1 Position): The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the OSC facility, staff, and visitors. Experience working in an office environment is preferred. Only men candidates are eligible for this position. The minimum educational qualification is the completion of Higher Secondary Education (HSE).
• Multi-Purpose Helper (1 Position): The Multi-Purpose Helper will provide valuable administrative and logistical support to the OSC. This role may involve tasks such as photocopying, filing, answering phones, assisting with events, and potentially some cooking duties. Candidates should have prior experience working in an office environment and ideally possess some cooking skills. This position is also open only to women candidates. The minimum educational qualification is the completion of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Case Worker: Rs. 18,000/- per month
• Security Guard: Rs. 12,000/- per month
• Multi-Purpose Helper: Rs. 10,000/- per month

In addition to the base salary, work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed for all positions.

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of two stages:
