Eligibility Criteria:

Each position has specific educational and experience requirements. Here’s a breakdown of the qualifications for each role:

1. Associate Vice President – Agri Exports

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture with minimum 10-12 years’ experience.

2. Business Executive/Senior – Agri Exports

• Graduation in Food Science/Food Processing Technology/Agriculture/Horticulture with minimum 3-4 years’ experience.

3. Business Executive/Senior Manager – Food Processing

• Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture, MBA, or Graduation in finance-related subjects with minimum 3-4 years’ experience.

4. Business Executive/Senior Manager – Food Technology

• Graduation in Food Technology/Food Technology Management/Agricultural Engineering/Food Science/MBA with Food Technology experience and 3-4 years’ work experience. Strong communication skills are a must. Preference will be given to candidates with higher degrees and additional qualifications.

5. Business Executive/Senior Manager (Marketing & Management)

• Graduates in Agri Business Management or MBA with Agriculture/Horticulture work experience and 3-4 years’ work experience. Strong communication skills are a must. Preference will be given to candidates with higher degrees and additional qualifications.

10. Accounts Assistant

• Graduate (preferably in accounting) with 3-4 years’ experience in handling accounting and bookkeeping functions, a plus if the experience is in a government department.
• Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
  • Experience managing financial planning and budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and other accounting software.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting laws and regulations.

11. Assistant

• Any degree with shorthand (English – Higher) and Certificate in typewriting (English and Tamil – Lower). Preference will be given to degree holders with 3-4 years’ experience in a government department.
• Other Desired Skills:
  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • Ability to type and take dictations in shorthand.
  • Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Tamil.

12. Office Assistant

• Must have passed 8th standard.
• Ability to read and write in Tamil.
• The Ability to ride a two-wheeler.
