TNCMGFP Recruitment 2024 The Tamil Nadu government’s Department of Environment and Climate Change (DoE&CC) has launched the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Green Fellowship Programme (TNCMGFP) 2024. Green Fellows Role and Responsibilities Green Fellows will be placed with the District Administration and will play a crucial role in assisting them on all matters related to the DoE&CC’s mandate. This includes: Supporting the implementation of environmental programs and policies at the district level. Providing research and analysis on environmental issues. Facilitating public outreach and awareness campaigns on environmental protection. Monitoring and reporting on environmental quality indicators. Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for environmental challenges.

Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for the TNCMGFP 2024, applicants must be Indian citizens and fulfill the following criteria: Educational Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 60% (or equivalent CGPA).OR Postgraduate (PG) degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Environmental Sciences) or an MBA in any discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 60% (or equivalent CGPA) with a minimum of 3 years of paid work experience.Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of May 1, 2022.Language: Knowledge of Tamil language (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.

Selection Process The selection process for TNCMGFP 2024 will be conducted in two stages: Stage 1: Shortlisting – Applications will be shortlisted based on the online application form, relevant qualifications, and academic merit. Stage 2: Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview in Chennai. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for the interview The final merit list will be determined based on a combined score from the candidate’s qualifications, academic record, and performance in the personal interview.
