Eligibility Criteria:

Each position has specific educational and experience requirements.

• Steno-Typist: Candidates must possess a minimum educational qualification of Matriculation (or equivalent) and demonstrate exceptional shorthand speed (100 wpm) and typing speed (40 wpm). A minimum of three years’ experience working as a stenographer in a University, Autonomous Body, Government department, or reputable private firm is mandatory. Prior experience in computer operation and data logging is advantageous.
• Clerk-Typist: A minimum qualification of Matriculation (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks is required. Applicants must possess a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in English. Experience in computer operation is desirable. Additionally, three years of experience in Accounts & Finance related work within a University, Government office, Autonomous Body, or reputable private firm would be highly regarded.
• Caretaker: Matriculation (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English are essential qualifications. While not mandatory, a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution is desirable. Prior experience working in a hotel setting would be highly beneficial.
• Driver: Candidates must have passed Class 8 and possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license. A minimum of five years of driving experience is essential. Knowledge of basic motor mechanics for handling minor vehicle repairs is a significant advantage. Service experience as a Civil Volunteer or Home Guard for at least three years would be a plus.

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for all positions is 25 years (as of October 28, 2024) except for Drivers where the age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation is available for certain categories:
