Job Purpose

The Store Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience within the store. The primary responsibility revolves around achieving customer satisfaction, driving store-level sales, and meeting revenue targets across various product lines, including postpaid and prepaid voice services, data plans, and value-added services (VAS). Additionally, the Store Manager is tasked with executing marketing promotions, enhancing store display and ambiance, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Management

  • Target Achievement: The Store Manager is responsible for achieving the Target Net Promoter Score (TNPS) and Employee Quality (EQ) metrics. These targets are crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and employee performance within the store.
  • Revenue Growth: The Store Manager is expected to meet and exceed revenue targets for the store by driving sales across all product categories, including voice services (both postpaid and prepaid), data plans, VAS, and handsets. A critical aspect of this responsibility is increasing the revenue per footfall by effectively guiding customers through their purchase decisions.
  • Quality of Acquisition: Ensuring that the quality of customer acquisition is maintained is another key responsibility. This involves monitoring and enhancing the quality of customers acquired through the store.

2. Return on Investment (RoI)
