Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk who will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent typing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk will include entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our computer systems and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Process support tickets using Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Create and manage entries in our internal database, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Accurately input data into various systems and databases, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and error-free.
  • Update and maintain existing data records, making necessary corrections and adjustments as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered into the system, performing regular checks to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • A college degree, demonstrating a commitment to education and professional development.
  • NBI Clearance is required upon hire, ensuring that all employees meet the necessary legal and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application, and familiarity with other tools necessary for remote work.
  • Proven experience in data entry, with a track record of accuracy and efficiency in handling large volumes of data.
  • Strong proficiency in using Zendesk and other CRM tools, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Professional-level English skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • A reliable computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps) to support efficient remote work.
