Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications

| Graduation (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech) | 60% or CGPA of 6.0 (as per university standards) |
- Open schooling or distance education is permitted only for 10th & 12th levels.
- Graduation must be a full-time degree approved by the Central or State Government of India.
Additional Requirements

| Backlogs | Maximum one backlog during the online exam; has to be cleared together with the 8th semester. |
| Education Gap | Maximum gap of 3 years between 10th and the start of graduation. No gaps allowed during graduation. |
| Graduation Completion | Must be completed within 4 years of commencement. |
| Citizenship | Indian Citizens, or PIO/OCI holders with foreign passports. Bhutan and Nepal citizens need a valid citizenship certificate. |
| Minimum Age | Applicants should be 18+ years at the time of enrollment. |

Compensation & Benefits

Selection Process
Every candidate will have to go through a three-stage recruitment process:
1st Round – Online Assessment (128 Minutes)

| Written Communication Test | Essay Writing | 20 Minutes |
| Online Programming Test | Two coding questions (Languages: Java, C, C++, or Python) | 60 Minutes |
2nd Round – Voice Assessment
Assessment of communication skills and verbal fluency.
3rd Round – Business Discussion
Final round with technical and HR discussions based on communication, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge.
Important Guidelines & Terms
- Candidates must complete a three-month cool-off period before re-applying if they have appeared for Wipro’s examination earlier.
- Wipro has the sole discretion to change or limit participation at any stage.
- After the online test, candidates must clear an English communication test before moving to the business discussion phase.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) followed by pre-skilling training.
- Candidates failing to meet specified criteria during training will not receive the final offer letter.
- Any malpractice during assessment, interview, or training will result in disqualification.
