Legal Positions

1. Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel (1 Post)
   • Experience: At least seven years of practice in criminal law.
   • Qualifications: Excellent understanding of criminal law, strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in legal research, and a deep understanding of ethical duties of defense counsel.
   • Experience: Must have handled at least 20 criminal trials in Sessions Court.
   • Technical Skills: IT knowledge with proficiency in work.
2. Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel (4 Posts)
   • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of practice in criminal law.
   • Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, understanding of ethical duties of defense counsel, ability to work effectively with others, and strong writing and research skills.
   • Technical Skills: IT knowledge with proficiency in work.

Administrative Position

3. Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant) (2 Posts)
   • Qualifications: Pass 8th or 10th Standard, capability to clean and perform hospitality-related tasks.

Salary Details:

• Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 40,000/-
• Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 25,000/-
• Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant): Rs. 12,000/-
