Eligibility Criteria: Meeting the Requirements

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications and experience requirements as of January 31, 2025:

Junior Operator / Grade I:

• Education: Matriculation (Class X) pass and a two-year ITI pass in one of the specified trades: Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Electrician, Machinist, Fitter, Mechanic-Operator Electronics Communication System, Wireman, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Information Technology & ESM. A Trade Certificate/National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by SCVT/NCVT is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification work experience (excluding training) in a relevant field within a factory/manufacturing organization. Apprentice training under the Apprentice Act after a two-year regular ITI course is considered experience, provided a National Apprentice Certificate issued/recognized by NCVT/NCVET is presented.

Junior Attendant / Grade I:

• Education: Higher Secondary (Class XII) pass with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks for PwBD candidates (as per relaxed standards).
• Experience: Work experience is not mandatory for this position.

Junior Business Assistant / Grade III:

• Education: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for PwBD candidates from a recognized Institute/University. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with a relaxed typing speed of 20 words per minute (WPM) for PwBD candidates.
• Experience: Minimum one year of post-qualification work experience (excluding training) in a commercial enterprise/manufacturing organization/Government Department/PSU. Apprentice training in the optional trade of Accountant under the Apprentice Act after regular graduation is considered experience, subject to the production of a Certificate of Proficiency issued by the Ministry of Education/Government of India.

Age Limit and Relaxations:

The age limit for all positions is 18 to 26 years as of January 31, 2025. Age relaxations are provided as per government norms:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government Policy

Pay Scale:

• Junior Operator / Grade I: Rs. 23,000 – 78,000/-
• Junior Attendant / Grade I: Rs. 23,000 – 78,000/-
• Junior Business Assistant / Grade III: Rs. 25,000 – 1,05,000/-

Selection Process:

The selection process comprises two stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): This will assess the candidate’s aptitude and knowledge relevant to the position.
