Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (As on 26.12.2023):

1. Duty Manager – Passenger:

1. Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
2. 16 years’ experience, with at least 04 years in a managerial or supervisory role in Passenger and/or cargo handling functions in the aviation industry.
3. Well-versed in computer operations.

2. Duty Officer – Passenger:

2. Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
3. 12 years’ experience in Passenger handling functions, with at least 04 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
4. Proficient in computer operations.

3. Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive:

3. Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern for Executive and 10+2 for Jr. Executive.
4. Preference for candidates with aviation-related experience or certifications.
5. Proficient in PC usage.
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi.

4. Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver:

4. SSC / 10th Standard Pass.
5. Must hold a valid HMV Driving License.

5. Handyman:

5. SSC / 10th Standard Pass.
6. Ability to read and understand English.
7. Knowledge of local and Hindi languages desirable.

Age Limit (As on 26.12.2023):

1. Duty Manager – Passenger: Maximum 55 Years
2. Duty Officer – Passenger: Maximum 50 Years
3. Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive: 28 Years
4. Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: 28 Years
5. Handyman: 28 Years

Note: Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Salary Details:

1. Duty Manager – Passenger: Rs. 45,000/-
2. Duty Officer – Passenger: Rs. 32,200/-
3. Customer Service Executive: Chennai- Rs. 25,980/-, Others- Rs. 23,640/-

3. Jr. Customer Service Executive: Chennai- Rs. 23,640/-, Others- Rs. 20,130/-

4. Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: Rs. 20,130/-
5. Handyman: Rs. 17,850/-

Selection Process:

1. Duty Manager – Passenger / Duty Officer – Passenger:

1. Personal / Virtual Interview.
2. Final selection based on total marks in the interview.

2. Customer Service Executive / Jr. Customer Service Executive:

2. Personal / Virtual Interview.
3. Group Discussion may be introduced at the company’s discretion.

3. Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver:

3. Trade Test (Trade Knowledge and Driving Test).
4. Personal / Virtual Interview.

4. Handyman:

4. Physical Endurance Test.
5. Personal / Virtual Interview.

Only shortlisted candidates are required to submit a Non-refundable Application fee of Rs. 500/- (Demand Draft in favor of “AI Airport Services Limited,” payable at Mumbai). No fees for Ex-servicemen / SC/ST candidates.
