If you have experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of software across mobile and web platforms, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define clear test objectives, strategies, and plans.
- Develop comprehensive test documentation, such as test cases, scripts, and datasets.
- Identify and prioritize scenarios for manual and automated testing to ensure seamless performance and functionality.
- Automation and Tools:
- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts.
- Execute automated tests for various testing levels, including regression, functionality, and performance.
- Integrate these automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enhance the development process’s efficiency and reliability.
- Bug Tracking and Reporting:
- Use standardized bug tracking systems to document and report defects effectively.
- Work closely with developers to debug issues and ensure their resolution aligns with the highest quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Location and Work Model:
Based out of Bengaluru, with the flexibility of working from our Bangalore office. - Experience in Startups:
Preferably 1–2 years of experience working in a startup environment, especially in the fintech domain. - Mobile App Testing Expertise:
Skilled in testing automation for both Android and iOS platforms for native applications. - Technical Skills:
- Proficient in frameworks such as Vitest, Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Junit, and Cucumber.
- Familiar with REST API endpoints using JSON/XML for data exchange.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Postman or Insomnia for manual testing of APIs.
- Additional Tools and Platforms:
Experience with BrowserStack App Automate, Firebase Test Lab, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, and Crashlytics is a strong advantage.
