Drive the Volume Hiring of Campus Managers at a Fast-Growing American Start-up!

Fresh Prints, a dynamic custom apparel start-up based in New York City, is on a mission to discover and empower exceptional students. By providing them with the necessary capital, training, and support, we enable them to build thriving businesses within their respective schools.

Currently, we have over 500 students who are projected to generate more than $20 million in sales in the upcoming year. Your role is crucial in helping Fresh Prints discover more remarkable students to drive this revenue. This will involve directly engaging in sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into Campus Managers.

Key Questions You’ll Address:

  1. How do we attract more Campus Managers?
  2. How do we streamline the process to efficiently source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers?
  3. How can we elevate Fresh Prints to the next level?

As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will tackle these questions and many more, working closely with our Recruiting Team Manager, to whom you will report.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek individuals who are ready to take ownership, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are proactive in their approach. The ideal candidate should excel in people skills and ideally have experience in sales or recruiting.

Recruiting more student entrepreneurs to sell our apparel is one of our most significant growth strategies. You will play a direct role in this high-impact function, contributing to our ambitious growth trajectory.

As Fresh Prints continues to expand, so will your opportunities. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in Recruiting, Sales, or Growth. You will have ample opportunities to learn, develop professionally, and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
  • Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, adding your own creative strategies to meet and exceed individual goals.
  • Screen potential Campus Manager candidates.
  • Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
  • Collaborate with fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly team recruiting goals.
  • Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics.
  • Coordinate with our interview and training teams.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
  • Experience in LinkedIn sourcing is preferred.
  • Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on diverse projects.
  • Availability from June 10, 2024, for a period of 2 months.
