What Your Day Will Look Like

    You will take charge of managing the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring that all team member data is updated accurately and promptly. This responsibility includes processing changes for current employees, entering data for new hires, and maintaining a high level of precision and timeliness in all system-related tasks. Your commitment to data accuracy is critical to maintaining smooth HR operations.
  3. Owning Global Projects
    You’ll lead and manage global HR projects that could range from employee engagement initiatives to training programs and culture-building activities. This role requires strategic thinking and a proactive approach to drive initiatives that positively impact the organization’s global workforce.
  4. Partnering with Managers and Employees
    A collaborative approach will define your work, as you support managers and employees alike. You’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating HR processes and aligning them with the organization’s broader people strategy. This partnership extends across teams and departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
  5. Being a Global Partner
    As part of a global team, you’ll engage with colleagues across different locations, including leads, managers, and executives. Your ability to work seamlessly with a diverse, distributed workforce is essential for fostering strong relationships and achieving shared objectives.
  6. Processing New Hires
    Managing the onboarding process for new hires will be a key responsibility. You’ll handle country-specific documentation, create files, set up systems, and coordinate introductory reviews. Your efforts will ensure that new employees feel welcomed and prepared to contribute from day one.
  7. Benefits and Payroll Support
    You’ll assist employees with enrolling in and processing benefits, ensuring that all relevant data is accurate and submitted on time. You will also liaise with payroll to guarantee the smooth and timely processing of salary payments, minimizing any disruptions for employees.
  8. Administrative Support
    Another important aspect of your role is to create purchase orders for internal departments and provide administrative assistance as needed. This ensures that operational processes run efficiently and effectively.
  9. Conducting Regular Audits
    Periodic audits of employment files and systems are part of your responsibilities to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with GDPR regulations. These audits help maintain the integrity and security of sensitive employee data.
  10. Improving Processes
    You’ll constantly evaluate and refine existing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency. Your insights will drive the HR function forward, ensuring it remains innovative and effective.
  11. Managing Background Checks
    Global background checks will also fall under your purview. By conducting and managing these checks, you’ll help ensure the organization maintains a high standard of recruitment integrity.
