The Representative Customer Service role entails direct interaction with customers via various channels such as inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or online platforms, depending on the client’s needs. Attentively listening to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy, and building rapport. Greeting customers courteously, following agreed-upon procedures. Participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance. Offering additional products and services where applicable. Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking databases. Referring customers to relevant resources or senior staff when necessary.
