Educational Qualification Requirements:

1. Junior Manager (Finance):
   Candidates must have passed the final examination of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
2. Executive (Civil):
   A three-year diploma in one of the following fields is required:
   • Civil Engineering
   • Civil Engineering (Transportation)
   • Civil Engineering (Construction Technology)
   • Civil Engineering (Public Health)
   • Civil Engineering (Water Resource) The diploma must be from an accredited university or institute with at least 60% marks.
3. Executive (Electrical):
   Candidates must have a three-year diploma in:

• PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

• Ex-Servicemen: As per government policy

Pay Scale:
