Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

1. Accountant:
   • A Commerce Degree from a recognized university, OR
   • 12th Class or equivalent with two years of experience in government offices, PSUs, autonomous bodies, or statutory bodies in cash, accounts, and budget-related work.
2. Stenographer Grade II:
   • 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board/university.
   • Skill Test Norms: Dictation at 80 words per minute for 10 minutes. Transcription times:
     • Manual Typewriter: 65 minutes (English), 75 minutes (Hindi).
     • Computer: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi).
3. Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
   • 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification.
   • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi (manual typewriter) OR 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi (computer).
4. Store Keeper:
   • 12th Class pass from a recognized board.
   • One year of experience in handling stores and keeping accounts in government, autonomous/statutory organizations, PSUs, or private sector organizations listed on Indian stock exchanges.
5. Photographer:
   • 12th Class pass or equivalent.
   • Diploma in Photography.
   • Desirable: Three years of experience in photography and knowledge of laboratory processing work.
6. Fireman:
   • Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
   • Must have completed at least 30 working days of fire-fighting training under a state fire service or government-recognized institute.
   • Knowledge of fire appliances and equipment maintenance is essential.
   • Desirable: Valid LMV license and firefighting experience in government or defense services.
7. Cook:
   • Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification.
   • Proficiency in the trade.
8. Lab Attendant:
   • Matriculation with Science as one of the subjects.
   • Preferably, one year of experience in a laboratory or chemical/drug factory.
9. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):
   • Matriculation pass from a recognized board.
10. Tradesman Mate:
    • Matriculation pass or ex-servicemen of appropriate trade.
    • Apprenticeship or competency in trades like fitter, welder, painter, carpenter, tinsmith, etc.
11. Washerman:
    • Matriculation pass.
    • Proficiency in the trade.
12. Carpenter and Joiner:
    • Matriculation pass.
    • Certificate in the trade from a recognized industrial training institute or apprenticeship.
    • Three years of experience in the trade.
13. Tin Smith:
    • Matriculation pass.
    • Certificate in the trade from a recognized industrial training institute or apprenticeship.
    • Three years of experience in the trade.

Age Limit:

• Accountant: Up to 30 years.
• Stenographer Grade II, LDC, Store Keeper, Photographer, Lab Attendant: 18 to 27 years.
• Fireman, Cook, MTS, Tradesman Mate, Washerman, Carpenter & Joiner, Tin Smith: 18 to 25 years.
