1. Professor

Educational Qualifications: A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Educational Measurement, Psychological Measurement, or Psychometrics with at least 55% marks in Post-graduation. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications and Ph.D. related to Educational/Employment Testing/Technology in Assessment fields.

Experience: A minimum of twelve years of post-qualification experience in Teaching/Research and/or Industrial/Professional experience, with at least three years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent. Experience in Examination content creation, Content Analysis, Psychometrics, and Data Analytics related to examination systems will be given preference.

2. Assistant General Manager (Information Technology)

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation/Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications or equivalent.

Experience: At least ten years of post-qualification hands-on experience in Information Technology function, with three years as Head/Next to Head of IT function in a mid-size Corporate. Experience in IT infrastructure handling, including Data Centre operation, Server Virtualization, Disaster Recovery processes, Networking operation, and knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows and Linux/Unix is required.

3. Research Associates

Educational Qualifications: Post-Graduation in Psychology/Education/Psychological Measurement/Psychometrics/Statistics/Management (Specialization in HR) with minimum 55% marks.

Experience: Preferably one year of experience in Academic Research/Test Development. Competency in operating Computers is a must.

4. Hindi Officer

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree with Hindi/English as a major or elective subject at Graduation level.

Experience: One year of experience in Hindi translation in a bank/financial institution is desirable. Competency in operating computers is a must.

5. Deputy Manager – Accounts (Chartered Accountant)

Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant.

Experience: Preferably one year of experience in handling Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Investment & Expertise of management of funds etc.

6. Analyst Programmers – ASP.NET

Educational Qualifications: Full-Time B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. in relevant fields.

Experience: Minimum three years of post-qualification work experience in software development using ASP.NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

7. Analyst Programmer – PYTHON

Educational Qualifications: Full-Time B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. in relevant fields.

Experience: Minimum three years of post-qualification work experience in software development using Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

Age Limit: The age limit varies for each position, ranging from 23 to 55 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is provided as per government rules for reserved categories.
