Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• All positions require a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree in the relevant field (Civil or Electrical Engineering).

Experience:

• Principal Project Associate: Minimum 8 years of experience in civil or electrical construction works, respectively, with government/private institutions, industries, or reputed builders.
• Senior Project Associate: Minimum 4 years of experience in civil or electrical construction works, respectively.
• Project Associate II: Minimum 2 years of experience in civil or electrical construction works, respectively.
• Program Assistant: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and coordinating projects/programs, including liaison with stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred for most positions:

• Experience in planning and supervision of construction works related to stadiums or sports infrastructure.
• Knowledge of government norms related to civil or electrical construction works (depending on the position).

Age Limit:

• The maximum age limit for all positions (except Program Assistant) is 40 years as of September 12, 2024.
• Program Assistant position has a maximum age limit of 35 years as of September 12, 2024.

Age Relaxation:

• Age relaxation is available for candidates from SC/ST and OBC categories.
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years

Salary Details:

• The salary varies depending on the position and is mentioned as a base amount plus House Rent Allowance (HRA). Here’s a breakdown:
  • Principal Project Associate (Civil & Electrical): Rs. 49,000/- + HRA
  • Senior Project Associate (Civil & Electrical): Rs. 42,000/- + HRA
