Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in construction-related activities in Highways, Railways, or Bridges (Road/Rail/Viaduct) as of October 1, 2023.

Age Limit (As of 01.10.2023): The maximum age limit for Assistant Manager/Civil is 30 years. Relaxations are applicable as per government rules, including 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities, among others.

Salary Details: The selected candidates for the Assistant Manager/Civil position will receive a salary in the range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 140,000/- along with allowances and Performance Related Pay (IDA).

Selection Process: IRCON will conduct a Written Exam (C.B.T) and/or Interview as part of the selection process.
