This crucial role is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure and providing outstanding support to our internal users. Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing IT equipment, setting up user accounts, and configuring access permissions for new hires.
• Assist with the off-boarding process to ensure secure access removal and proper handling of IT assets.
• Conduct IT training sessions for new employees to familiarize them with our systems and protocols.

Technical Support:

• Offer first-line support to internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain optimal functionality.

Infrastructure Management:

• Support the maintenance and administration of Google Workspace and other cloud-based applications.
• Manage and maintain VPN services to ensure secure remote access for employees.
• Apply regular updates and patches to systems and software to uphold security and performance standards.

Project Support:

• Collaborate with broader tech teams on various projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of new IT initiatives and technologies.
• Aid in developing and documenting IT policies and procedures.

Compliance and Audits:
