Educational Qualification:

1. Scientist – C:

1. Essential: M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics with consistently good academic records (minimum 60% marks from Class-X onwards) from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates completing their M.Sc. course in the academic year 2023-24 are also eligible, provided the final degree is available at the time of interview.
2. Desirable: Proficiency in various computer applications.

Essential: B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Instrumentation with consistently good academic records (minimum 60% marks from Class-X onwards) from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates completing their B.Tech. course in the academic year 2023-24 are also eligible, provided the final degree is available at the time of interview.
3. Desirable: Proficiency in various computer applications.

3. Junior Engineer – C (Electronics, Mechanical):

3. Essential: Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics from a recognized university/institute with consistently good academic records (minimum 60% marks from Class-X onwards).
4. Desirable: Three years of experience in the relevant field with an R&D institution. Proficiency in various computer applications.

4. Technician – D:

4. Essential: 10th with ITI Certificate in Electrical from a recognized institute plus three years of experience.
5. Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.

Age Limit:

1. Scientist – C, Engineer – C (Electronics): 26 Years
2. Junior Engineer – C: 30 Years
3. Technician – D: 28 Years

Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC Candidates: 3 years
• PwBD (Gen/EWS) Candidates: 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST) Candidates: 15 years
• PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 years

Salary Details:
