- Desirable: Post-graduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare or allied subjects or a Law degree from a recognized University/Institution.
- Accounts Officer Gr. I:
- Essential: Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
- Desirable: Two years of experience in executive cadre in the field of Finance, Accounting in an Industrial/Commercial/Government Undertaking.
- Assistant Executive Engineer (Elect):
- Essential: Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Desirable: Two years of experience in the relevant discipline in executive cadre in an Industrial/Commercial/Government Undertaking.
- Assistant Materials Manager Gr. I:
- Essential: Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Desirable: (i) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management from a recognized University/Institution (ii) Two years post-qualification experience in Materials Management in an Industrial/Commercial/Government Undertaking.
- Law Officer Gr. II:
