2. Jr. Foreman (Overman)/ Jr. Foreman (Mines): Diploma in Mining/Mining engineering with Overman’s Certificate and 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Jr. Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Supervisory Certificate and 2 years of post-Diploma experience.
4. Jr. Foreman (Surveyor): Diploma in Mining/Mining engineering with Surveyor’s Certificate and 2 years of relevant experience.
5. Jr. Foreman (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years of in-line experience.
6. Laboratory Assistant Gr.III: B.Sc (Hons.) in Chemistry with 1 year of relevant service experience.
7. Dresser-First Aider: HSC with a valid First Aid Certificate and 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
8. Nurse Gr.III: Matric/Higher Secondary/10+2(Science) with General Nursing and Midwifery training/Diploma/B.Sc. in nursing and 1 year of in-line experience.

NALCO will conduct a written test followed by a trade test for the selection of candidates.
