- Administrative Officer-C (Purchase & Stores): Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase & Stores sections at Level 6, 7, or 8 or with equivalent Total Monthly Emolument (TME) in the Government sector.
- Engineer-C (Digital): Minimum 2 years of experience in analog/digital electronics/radio frequency systems in a reputable organization.
- Engineer-C (Electronics): Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics, including analog electronics, radio frequency electronics, or optical fiber systems. Experience in design, development, and testing of circuits and systems is required.
- Engineer-C (Electrical): Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a reputed research institution, university, or private organization.
Desirable Skills:
While not mandatory, specific skills will make your application more competitive:
- Administrative Officer-C (Purchase & Stores): Knowledge of procurement procedures through GeM and other tender methods, both local and international. Additionally, knowledge of public tenders, contracts, AMCs, stores and inventory management, and material disposal procedures followed by the Central Government. Familiarity with Government rules, GFR, accounts, and general administration principles is desirable.
- Engineer-C (Digital): Experience in design, development, and operation of analog & digital signal processing circuits, computer programming, and familiarity with FPGA-based design.
- Engineer-C (Electronics): Experience in design, development, testing of analog/digital circuits, RF Electronics, and fiber optic communication systems.
- Engineer-C (Electrical): Good knowledge and experience in project planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems, building electrification, diesel generators, solar plants, air-conditioning systems, UPS systems, and EPABX systems. Familiarity with CPWD Manual, National Building Code, and BIS standards is desirable.
