Applications are invited by ICMR-NIV for the following positions:

1. Project Technical Support-II (equivalent to Project Technician-III)
2. Project Data Entry Operator
3. Project Technical Support-I (equivalent to Project Lab Technician-III)
4. Project Technical Support-I (equivalent to Project X-Ray Technician)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Project Technical Support-II (equivalent to Project Technician-III):

• Essential Qualification: 12th pass in science subjects and Diploma (MLT/DMLT) with five years of experience.
  • Desirable Qualification: Bachelors in social work (CD)/Public Health/Sociology/related subjects, experience in Community Based Health projects/TB Program.

• Project Data Entry Operator:

• Essential Qualification: Intermediate or 12th pass from a recognized board, with a typing speed of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour.
  • Desirable Qualification: 2 years of experience in government, Autonomous, PSU, or any other recognized organization in Medical Diagnostic Laboratories and research setup.

• Project Technical Support-I (equivalent to Project Lab Technician-III):

• Essential Qualification: 10th pass and Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI) with two years of experience.
  • Desirable Qualification: B. Sc MLT, past work experience in NTEP, experience in Medical laboratory with knowledge of PCR techniques.

• Project Technical Support-I (equivalent to Project X-Ray Technician):

• Essential Qualification: 10th pass and Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI) with two years of experience.
  • Desirable Qualification: B. Sc radiography/X-ray technology, experience of working in healthcare/community/field works.

Age Limit:

1. Project Technical Support-II – 30 Years
2. Project Data Entry Operator – 25 Years
3. Project Technical Support-I – 28 Years
4. Project Technical Support-I – 28 Years

Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Refer to the official ICMR-NIV Notification 2023 for more details.

Salary Details:

1. Project Technical Support-II – Rs. 20,000/- p.m. + HRA
2. Project Data Entry Operator – Rs. 17,000/- p.m. + HRA
3. Project Technical Support-I – Rs. 18,000/- p.m. + HRA
4. Project Technical Support-I – Rs. 18,000/- p.m. + HRA

Selection Process:

ICMR-NIV will conduct the following process for candidate selection:

1. Walk-in-interview
2. Written test

How to Apply:

Interested and eligible candidates with the specified essential qualifications may attend the Walk-in-Interview at the Institute. Bring all original and self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials, a valid identity proof, and a passport-size photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the interview without the original certificates.
