Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Manager (Projects & Coordination) –
- PG Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/Agricultural Science/BE/Statistics/Management/Economics & Accountancy/Banking & Finance from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Executive Level (Level E-0: Rs.30000-120000).
- Desirable (Additional): MBA/LLB
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) –
- PG Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Executive Level (Level E-0: Rs.30000-120000).
- Desirable (Additional): CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) –
- PG Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field in the Supervisory Level (Level S-1: Rs.27000-95000).
- Desirable (Additional): CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)
- Senior Assistant –
- Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics/Arts/Science from a recognized University.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application/MS office package.
Age Limit: (As on 19.11.2023)
- Deputy Manager (Projects & Coordination) – 32 Years
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) – 32 Years
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) – 30 Years
- Senior Assistant – 27 Years
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities, and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
Salary Details:
- Deputy Manager (Projects & Coordination) – Rs. 40000-140000/-
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Rs. 40000-140000/-
- Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) – Rs. 30000-120000/-
- Senior Assistant – Rs. 25000-90000/-
Selection Process:
(a) Selection for Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager will be based on the Online written Test followed by an Interview. The candidate must secure a minimum of 50% marks to be shortlisted for the interview. The final merit list will be determined by adding the marks of the online written exam and interview.
(b) Selection for the post of Senior Assistant will be in the order of merit based on the online written test.
Application Fee:
Candidates belonging to Unreserved Category (UR)/Others Backward Classes (OBC) must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.200/- (exclusive of GST) for the post of Senior Assistant. However, SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee.
