In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our students, providing seamless support and ensuring their success on our platform. You’ll be responsible for resolving inquiries through email and calls, building positive relationships, and fostering a thriving learning environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Student Champion: Your primary focus is on ensuring our students have a positive and productive learning experience. You’ll address their questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide prompt and accurate solutions via email and calls.
• Master of Resolution: You’ll dive deep into student inquiries, identify root causes, and effectively resolve them within set timelines (SLAs). This includes collaborating with internal teams when needed to ensure a comprehensive solution.
• Communication is Key: You’ll be the voice of NxtWave, fostering trust and building strong relationships with students through open, clear, and interactive communication. Your exceptional written and verbal skills will be essential in conveying complex information in a simple and understandable manner.
• Knowledge is Power: You’ll actively learn about NxtWave’s platform and features, becoming a valuable resource for students. You’ll also identify areas for improvement based on student interactions and provide valuable feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Building the Future: You’ll play a key role in continuously improving our support processes. You’ll document technical issues, capture solutions, and share insights to enhance NxtWave’s offerings and student experience.
