Job Description:

The Assistant Manager (Civil) will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to civil engineering within TNPL. They will provide technical expertise and leadership in areas such as:

• Construction and Maintenance: Overseeing the construction and maintenance of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings within the TNPL facilities. This may involve managing contractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and budgets, and overseeing quality control measures.
• Infrastructure Development: Participating in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure development projects, potentially including roads, bridges, utilities, and other essential infrastructure.
• Project Management: Contributing to project planning activities such as estimating costs, preparing tenders, and monitoring project execution.
• Technical Expertise: Applying their knowledge of civil engineering principles to solve technical problems related to concrete, structural engineering, pre-engineered buildings, and precast structures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Compensation and Benefits:
