Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

The educational qualifications and preferred qualifications for each position are as follows:

1. Project Manager:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Humanities, or Management.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in World Bank projects or related fields.
3. Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

2. Data & Management Information Systems (MIS) Engineer:

2. B.E/B.Tech or other PG degree in computer applications/IT/Data Science.
3. Minimum 8 years of experience, proficiency in statistical tools preferred.

3. Senior Consultant (Finance):

3. BCom/MCom/MBA (Finance) or other finance-related degrees.
4. Minimum 8 years of experience, familiarity with government budgeting systems.

4. Administrative Officer:

4. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
5. Proficiency in IT/computer skills, excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

5. Project Assistant:

5. Any Degree with minimum 2 years of experience.
6. Proficiency in communication and computer applications.

6. PC to Project Director:

6. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Director with administrative tasks.

7. Office Assistant:

7. Responsibilities include assisting with office-related tasks.

Salary Details:

The salary for each position is as follows:

1. Project Manager: Rs.1,25,000/-
2. Data & Management Information Systems (MIS) Engineer: Rs.1,00,000/-
3. Senior Consultant (Finance): Rs.1,00,000/-
4. Administrative Officer: Rs.30,000/-
5. Project Assistant: Rs.20,000/-
6. PC to Project Director: Rs.20,000/-
7. Office Assistant: Rs.15,000/-

Selection Process:

The selection process may include shortlisting and interviews.
