  2. Preferred Experience: Over 7 years of experience in a reputable digital marketing agency/MNC/corporate house, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and/or digital advertising campaigns.
  1. IT – Head:
  1. Qualifications: B Tech/BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent from any recognized university.
  2. Preferred Experience: More than 5 years in IT administration or relevant experience, with extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, best practices in IT administration, system security, software development, team management, and cybersecurity.
  1. Program Manager District:
  1. Qualifications: MBA from a recognized business school/MSW/Post Graduation in Developmental studies or any post-graduate degree.
  2. Relevant Experience: Over 3 years of experience in the education industry or relevant field.
  1. Senior Accountant:
  1. Qualifications: CA – Intermediate Level, should have completed Chartered Accountancy (Intermediate Level) course.
  2. Relevant Experience: More than 5 years of experience in accounting functions.
  1. Senior Associate – HR:
  1. Qualification: MBA (HR) from a reputed University or related field.
  2. Preferred Experience: Over 3 years as HR Executive in a reputed organization/MNC.
  1. Senior Associate – Media:
  1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Visual Communication, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or relevant field.
  2. Preferred Experience: More than 3 years of experience in a reputable digital marketing agency/MNC/corporate house, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and/or digital advertising campaigns.
  1. Senior Associate (MEAC):
  1. Qualifications: MBA/BBA from a reputed business school, or B Tech/BE from a top-tier engineering college or relevant qualification.
  2. Preferred Experience: Over 3 years of experience in any of the Manufacturing Sectors (Manufacturing, Electronics, Automobiles, Construction, etc.).
  1. Senior Associates – Short Term Skill Program:
  1. Qualifications: Post Graduate from a reputed institute.
  2. Relevant Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the education/skill-related sector or experience in upskilling functions or establishing strategic relationships with industries or skill councils.
  1. Junior Associates – Short Term Skill Program:
  1. Qualifications: Post Graduate from a reputed institute.
  2. Relevant Experience: More than 3 years of experience in the education/skill-related sector or experience in upskilling functions or establishing strategic relationships with industries or skill councils.
  1. Project Associate:
  1. Qualifications: MBA from a recognized business school/MSW/Any postgraduate degree.
  2. Preferred Experience: More than 3 years of experience in project formulation and execution.
  1. MIS Analysts – District:

Salary Details:

The salary ranges for the positions are as follows:

  1. AVP – Media: Rs 1 lakh to 1.5 lakhs per month
  2. IT – Head: Rs 80,000 – Rs.1 lakh per month
  3. Program Manager District: Rs 80,000 – Rs.1 lakh per month
  4. Senior Accountant: Rs 60,000 – Rs.80,000 per month
  5. Senior Associate – HR: Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000 per month
  6. Senior Associate – Media: Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000 per month
  7. Senior Associate (MEAC): Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000 per month
