• Supervisor (Mechanical) – 7 Posts
• Supervisor (Electrical) – 5 Posts
• Supervisor (Painting) – 2 Posts
• Supervisor (Scaffolding) – 1 Post
• Supervisor (HR) – 1 Post

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification:

The educational qualifications vary depending on the chosen specialization:

• Supervisor (Mechanical):
  • Essential:
    • Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. OR
    • ITI (NTC) qualification in Welding, Sheet Metal Worker, Bench Fitter, Fitter, or Plumber trade from a State Board of Technical Education.
  • Desirable: Post-diploma qualification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
• Supervisor (Electrical):
  • Essential:
    • Three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. OR
    • ITI (NTC) qualification in Electrical or Electronic trade from a state-recognized Industrial Training Institute.
• Supervisor (Painting):
  • Essential:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry OR
    • Three-year Diploma in any branch of Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. OR
    • ITI (NTC) qualification in any trade from a state-recognized Industrial Training Institute.
  • Desirable: Any certification in surface protection.
• Supervisor (Scaffolding):
  • Essential:
    • Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. OR
    • ITI (NTC) qualification in Welding, Sheet Metal Worker, Bench Fitter, Fitter, or Plumber trade from a State Board of Technical Education.
• Supervisor (HR):
  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 60% marks) in Arts (excluding Fine Arts or Performing Arts), Science, Commerce, Computer Applications, Bachelor of Social Work, or Business Administration from a recognized University.

Experience:

Required experience levels also vary based on the chosen specialization and educational qualifications (Diploma vs. ITI):

• Category (a) with Diploma: 7 years of experience
• Category (b) with ITI: 15 years of experience

Age Limit (as of July 12, 2024):

All positions have a maximum age limit of 45 years.

Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:

The following age relaxations are applicable:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC Candidates: 3 years
• PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Candidates: 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ ST) Candidates: 15 years
• PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 years

Salary Details:

The salary structure for these Supervisor positions is as follows:

• 1st Year: Rs. 40,650/-
• 2nd Year: Rs. 41,490/-
• 3rd Year: Rs. 42,355/-
• 4th Year: Rs. 43,246/-
• 5th Year: Rs. 44,164/-

Selection Process:

The selection process will involve two phases:

• Phase I: Written Test
• Phase II: Power Point Presentation on Work Experience
