AIASL is inviting applications for the following positions:

2. Dy. Terminal Manager – Passenger: positions

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Terminal Manager – Passenger:

1. Graduate from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern with 20 years of experience or
2. MBA from a recognized University (2-years full-time course or 3-years part-time course) with 17 years of experience
3. Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.
4. At least 08 years of experience must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
5. Well-versed in computer operations.

2. Dy. Terminal Manager – Passenger:

2. Graduate from a recognized university with 18 years of work experience OR
3. MBA from a recognized University (2-years full-time course or 3-years part-time course) with 15 years of work experience.
4. Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.
5. At least 06 years of experience must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
6. Well-versed in computer operations.

Age Limit:

1. Terminal Manager – Passenger: Maximum 55 Years
2. Dy. Terminal Manager – Passenger: Maximum 55 Years

Candidate age relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per Government Rules. Refer to the AIASL official Notification 2024 for more details.

Salary Details:

1. Terminal Manager – Passenger: Rs. 75,000/-
2. Dy. Terminal Manager – Passenger: Rs. 60,000/-

AIASL may follow this process to select candidates:

1. Short-Listing/Virtual/Personal Interview

Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria are advised to: (i) Print the Application Format (ii) Forward the scanned copy of the duly filled and self-attested application with attachments by E-mail to, mentioning the subject as “Post Applied for ______________________ Station Chennai, AIASL” by 17.12.2023.

Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be interviewed. The date, time, and venue will be notified to eligible candidates. They should appear for the interview with the Application Form duly filled in, copies of testimonials/certificates (as per the attached application format with this advertisement), and a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) by means of a Demand Draft in favor of “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED,” payable at Mumbai, at the time of the interview.
