AIESL is now welcoming applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As of January 01, 2024)

1. Graduate Engineer Trainee – Support Services: Candidates holding a B.E/B.Tech Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Industrial/Production/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent from a government-recognized Institute/University, with a valid GATE Percentile of 80% & above (75% & above for SC/ST/OBC), may apply through the prescribed format. Upon application scrutiny, the Management will determine the number of candidates to be interviewed for filling the mentioned vacancies and forming a panel for future requirements.

Age Limit: (As of January 01, 2024)

• General/EWS Category: Not exceeding 28 years.
• OBC: Not exceeding 31 years.
• SC/ST: Not exceeding 33 years.
• Ex-Servicemen: The upper age limit of 28 years will be relaxed to the extent the candidate served in a regular post in the Army/Navy/Air Force before retirement/release or discharge from such post, plus three years.

Salary Details:

Graduate Engineer Trainee – Support Services will receive a stipend of Rs. 40,000/- during the first year of training. Afterward, they will be designated as Assistant Engineer, subject to completing training and undergoing performance assessment/level examination, etc. They will be paid all-inclusive emoluments ranging from Rs. 59,000/- p.m. to Rs. 79,000/- p.m. over a four-year period (excluding the training period), depending on the length of service/experience.

Selection Process:

The selection process includes a personal interview of candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and a Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Shortlisted candidates will be inducted based on vacancies, subject to being found FIT in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

Application Fee:

A Demand Draft of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only), drawn in favor of AI Engineering Services Limited and payable at New Delhi, is required (Not Applicable for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen). The application fee, once remitted, is non-refundable, even in cases of rejection due to ineligibility for the applied post.
