Primary Job Responsibilities

• Engage with diverse forms of data, including text, speech, and other data types.
• Generate high-quality labeled data in adherence to provided guidelines, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and utilizing internal tools and software.
• Identify and report issues with tools and software promptly.
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative by providing constructive feedback for enhancing existing tools to boost both the quantity and quality of processed data.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant Amazon policies for securing sensitive information.

A Day in the Life

We are in search of a Data Associate (DA) to manage foundational labeling tasks, such as dialogue evaluation for speech and text data.

The goal is to assess and enhance Alexa’s performance in real-world scenarios. To thrive in this role, you must possess adaptability, focus, and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

Your ability to identify issues and devise elegant and innovative solutions is paramount.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Proficient in English grammar and spelling, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with speech from various dialects and accents in one or more regional languages, particularly English.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, with a typing speed exceeding 40 words per minute and accuracy exceeding 90%.
• Basic troubleshooting abilities.
