Job Description:

The Civil Trade Instructor will play a pivotal role in training recruits in their respective trades. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs aligned with the Indian Army’s standards and requirements.

• Assessing trainee progress and providing feedback for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Civil Trade Instructor position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or National Certificate of Trade & Vocational Training (NCTT) in the relevant trade (Fitter, Painter & Decorator, or Artisan Construction – Masonry).
• Experience:
  • Adequate skilled knowledge and experience in imparting training to recruits.
• Age Limit:
  • 18-25 years (as on September 29, 2024)
  • Relaxation of upper age limit:
    • SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
    • OBC Candidates: 3 years

Salary and Benefits:
