Position & Vacancy Details:

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Aggregate of all semesters/years: 55% and above for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates. Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities).
• BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Mechanical, or Chemical from an AICTE/UGC approved recognized institute/university/college.

Experience (as of 01.12.2023):

• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industry experience.

Age Limit (as of 01.12.2023):

• Project Engineer-I: 32 Years

Note: Age relaxation applicable for OBC (NCL), SC/ST, and PwBD candidates.

Period of Contract:

• Project Engineer-I: Initially for three (3) years, extendable up to a maximum of one more year (maximum tenure of 4 years, including the initial period), based on project progress and candidate performance.

Note: Candidates completing three years as Trainee Engineer in BEL and applying for Project Engineer will be directly inducted as Project Engineer-II with a maximum tenure of 3 years.

Remuneration:

• Project Engineer-I:

• 1st Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month
• 2nd Year: Rs. 45,000/- per month
• 3rd Year: Rs. 50,000/- per month
• 4th Year: Rs. 55,000/- per month

Selection Process:

• Written Test for shortlisted candidates followed by an Interview (for qualified candidates).
• Written Test: 85% Marks, Interview: 15% Marks.
• The names of shortlisted candidates and final selections will be notified on the company’s website.

Application Fee:

• Project Engineer-I: Rs. 400/- + 18% GST
• Payment through SBI Collect (online mode). Refer to the BEL website for details.
