The eligibility criteria for this recruitment are as follows :

Academic qualification :
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering) from an AICTE-approved institution/college/university. The duration of the degree course must be four years at least.
Your Graduate Degree should be in one of the following Streams:
Electronics
Mechanical
Computer Science
Electrical Engineering
Age :
The upper age limit for the posts of Fixed Tenure Engineer will be 28 years as of 10th Dec 2024.
Age relaxation:
SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
OBC Candidates: 3 years
PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Candidates: 10 years
PwBD (SC/ ST) Candidates: 15 years

Salary Scale :
BEL provides an attractive pay scale to its employees. The scale of pay for the Fixed Tenure Engineer is Rs. 40,000- 3%-1,40,000/- (Pay Band – 3).
