Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for these positions, you must meet the following educational qualifications:

• Master’s Degree: A Master’s degree in Engineering (M.E./M.Tech.) in a field related to the specific position (Semiconductors & Optoelectronics or Microwaves & Communication).
• PhD (Submitted): Alternatively, a PhD (submitted) in any area of Science or Engineering related to the chosen specialization.

Desirable Qualifications:

While not mandatory, having experience in the following areas will be considered an advantage:

• Semiconductor device design, fabrication, and characterization (for Semiconductors & Optoelectronics positions)
• RF and Microwave component/system design, fabrication, and characterization (for Microwaves & Communication positions)

Age Limit:

As of November 7, 2024, the maximum age limit for these positions is 32 years. However, there are age relaxations for certain categories:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years relaxation
• OBC Candidates: 3 years relaxation
• Persons with Disabilities (PwBD): (Gen/ EWS): 10 years relaxation, (SC/ ST): 15 years relaxation, (OBC): 13 years relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government Policy

Salary and Benefits:

Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 1,09,089/- per month (inclusive of Basic Pay, DA, HRA, TA etc.) along with other government benefits.

Selection Process:
